The AMS Eliminator 100 Series Airfoil Fume Hood delivers steady airflow and reliable containment. A clean 45° fascia and a flush-mounted airfoil guide air under the sash. This design cuts turbulence and maintains stable face velocity at different sash positions. The airfoil uses powder-coated 16-gauge steel, which stands up to chemical exposure. Labs performing aggressive chemical work can choose the stainless-steel airfoil option.

The 100 Series offers full-frame construction, a shaft-driven sash, and a U.L.-listed poly resin liner. Its knock-down design allows crews to move the hood through tight spaces and assemble it inside the lab. Operators benefit from a full-length finger lift that allows smooth sash movement. A louvered front supports bypass airflow and helps airflow remain steady. LED lighting provides bright, even illumination across the workspace.

A 10-inch stainless-steel round collar connects the hood to standard duct systems. The series comes in five widths: 36″, 48″, 60″, 72″, and 96″. These size choices help labs match hood dimensions to workload and available space. The hood works in either constant-volume (CV) or variable-air-volume (VAV) systems.

Labs can expand the system with optional accessories. These include sash stops, stainless-steel sash assemblies, alarms, epoxy tops, electrical kits, blowers, lattice assemblies, pre-plumbing, and ceiling enclosure kits.
